Itinerary

Day 1

Moscow

Arrival in MOW. Meet with guide. Transfer to the hotel. Check in. Dinner in the hotel.

Day 2

Moscow

Breakfast. Meet with guide. Moscow city tour (3-3,5 hrs).

Lunch in a city restaurant

Kremlin (Territory + 1 Cathedral). Armoury (optional)

Free time for shopping.

Master class of making pan cakes - traditional Russian dish and the symbol of Sun in Russia.

Optional:

• Moscow River cruise with dinner at Radisson Royal floating restaurant;
• Excursion tour to Bolshoi Theatre (backstage, scene, main hall and other halls). Not included ticket to the performance. Tickets to the performance - on request. This tour can be added by gastronomic tour to the Russian caviar restaurant.
• Visit of Moscow Circus with performance;

Day 3

Moscow-Sochi

Breakfast. Check out.

Transfer to the airport. Flight to Sochi.

Arrival in Sochi. Meeting with guide at Adler airport.

"Sochi the southern capital of Russia" city tour:

moving to Sochi city center along seashore, sightseeing tour on route,

a promenade along Primorskaya Embankment from "Fort" art gallery & Archangel Michael Church to Zimny (Winter) theater - acquaintance with the historic center of the city,

visit to "Dendrariy" subtropical park.

Transfer to 4-star hotel: check-in. Free time. 

Day 4

Sochi

Mountain Gastro Day - 6 hrs

Excursion to Krasnaya Polyana settlement:

• Drive from the sea coast to the mountains along the old Krasnaya Polyana road,
• Cable car ride to giddy height - the Olympic tracks and breathtaking view of the mountains!

Drive from Krasnaya Polyana to the mountain village of Medoveevka:

• culinary master class: baked mutton leg and pilaf made in a kazan,
• lunch: the dishes you made on the master class; tasting session: the local craft beer,
• excursion to Medoveevka where you will:

      - learn how the local beer is made,

      - taste dry cured and smoked deli meat,

      - visit Krasnaya Polyana Cosmetics soap factory.

Day 5

Sochi

Matsesta Tea Gastro Day - 4 hrs

Visit to Konstantin Turshu's Matsesta Tea Factory in the village of Izmaylovka:

• Walk around the tea plantations,
• Visit to the tea factory, where you will learn about tea processing technologies.

Tasting session: the most expensive - Maisky - black and green tea served with honey and pancakes.

You can choose any of the master classes:

• Blending tea with berries, flowers and herbs,
• "Tea painting" - painting with strong tea infusion; the designer will show you how to create a unique piece of art.

Tasting session in a laboratory: a variety of tea types - classic black and green Matsesta tea, tea blended with various berries, flowers and herbs. You will have a chance to taste 10-13 tea types and choose which is your favourite one.

Day 6

Sochi

Adyghe Gastro Day - 8 hrs

Tour to the valley of waterfalls and legends:

• Ride from Sochi Centre to the village of Bolshoy Kichmay in the Lazarevsky District of Greater Sochi,
• Visit to the traditional Adyghe farmstead in the village of Bolshoy Kichmay:

      - culinary master class: Adyghe cheese and khalyuzh (fried pies with cheese),

      - lunch with traditional Adyghe dishes including tasting session with honey and home-made wines.

Excursion to the 33 waterfalls on the Dzhegosh Stream including crossing the Shakhe river on the GAZ-66 off-road truck.

Day 7

Sochi

Caucasian Classic Gastro Day - 4 hrs

We invite you to visit the legendary Caucasian Aul restaurant:

• culinary master class: traditional Georgian dishes - khinkali, pkhali, khachapuri,
• hearty lunch or dinner,
• live music and fiery Caucasian dances,

Bonfire of Wishes Show that will definitely warm you up!

Transfer to Adler airport accompanied by the guide. Flight to Moscow.

Arrival in Moscow.

Additional services:

Fish Gastro Day

6 hours

Deep sea fishing (horse mackerel, mullet) / pond fishing / if the weather is bad, we will take you to the local market to buy fresh Black Sea fish.

Culinary master class: traditional shkara - the most popular dish of Black Sea fishermen - and some other fish dishes.

Lunch; rest by the water or in the restaurant (depends on the weather conditions).

Cheese Gastro Day

4 hours

Visit to Ekzarkho Eco-Farm Agrotourism Complex in Progress village.

Here you will learn about the farm's practices and its horse barn and goat ranch.

Lunch in the pavilion or in the restaurant, in the open air, where you will have a tasting session with the farm cheeses and home-baked treats.

Farm Gastro Day

6 hours

Visit to Ekzarkho Eco-Farm Agrotourism Complex in Progress village.

Here you will learn about the farm's practices and its horse barn and goat ranch.

You will have a chance to pet the animals on the farm, ride the horses on manege, feed calves and goatlings.

Lunch in the pavilion or in the restaurant, in the open air, where you will have a tasting session with the farm cheese and "garage" wines.

Solokhaul Tea Gastro Day

8 hours

Adventure tour to the village of Solokhaul (45 km away from Sochi centre):

Excursion to the oldest - more than 110 years old! - tea plantation of Sochi, including visit to the house museum of Judas Koshman, the father of Russian tea.

Here in Solokhaul Park you can:

- relax: have a walk in the mountains, nearby the waterfalls; lie in hammocks while admiring stunning views of the Shakhe river valley and mount Fisht; swim in the purest mountain river and sunbathe,

- refresh yourself: trolley park, hot air balloon ride, trip to the mountain pass on a real Military APC (Armoured Personnel Carrier), exploring the ancient cave, horse riding,

- for our smallest guests: the rope adventure park with instructor service.

Lunch in the On the Edge of the Earth restaurant with a panoramic view: shashlik, fresh Solokhaul trout, mountain tea with pancakes.
