The Putorana Plateau. Why is it unique? No civilization, for hundreds of kilometers around there are no traces of people, the virgin land of wild nature. It's a kingdom of clean lakes and rivers, full of fish, high waterfalls, table-formed mountains (max 1701 m) and Northern Lights. In 2010, the Putorana Reserve was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
A varied program and outdoor activities on the north and south side of Lake Lama:
- Trekking of different routes,
- Climbing to the top of the plateau and admiring the waterfall among of the mountains,
- Admiring the Northern Lights,
- Fishing and boat trips at any weather thanks to the hovercraft and professionalism of the tour staff,
- Acquaintance with traditional life,
- Master-class of local cuisine,
- The most comfortable overnight conditions.
The tour does not require special physical training. A tourist is required to be ready to neglect the usual level of comfort of a city resident. Hiking and outdoor holiday experiences are welcome.
NB: The Putorana Plateau is a mountain area. The air temperature at night can drop to + 5 + 10 degrees. Summer may be very hot and vice versa cold. Temperature in July is possible up to +30 C. In July and August, Polar Day reigns in the Arctic.

Day 1 |
Meeting at the airport of Norilsk city. Departure by hovercraft to Lake Lama. Accommodation in a guest house. Rest. The first hiking to the waterfall on the Kamenny Peninsula. Rest, bath.

Day 2 |
National ceremonies and a master class of making a souvenir from reindeer horns. Afternoon grayling fishing. |

Day 3 |
Boat trip across the Lama Lake to the mouth of the Nikita-Yuryakh mountain river. Hiking to the cascade of waterfalls. Hot lunch cooked on the fire.On request, spinning fishing from the shore.
In the evening, around the bonfire, an acquaintance with the culture of Taimyr indigenous people.

Day 4 |
Climbing to the top of the Festivalnaya Mountain. It offers a magnificent view of the mountain serpentine of Putorana plateau, Lama lake and Kapchuk lake.Free time in the evening.

Day 5 |
Today the hardest part of the trip will take place. You will visit the foothill of the Yuzhnaya Mountain, going along the waterfall and the mountain serpentine and climbing up to the Plateau. You will climb up by the loose rocks covering with snow. The snow doesn't melt whole year round that area. But the climbing is worth because of the views of the endless Plateau.
Come back to the camp. Dinner and banya.

Day 6 |
Hiking to one of the most beautiful waterfalls in these places - Yuzhny Neralah.
In the evening, the grill party and the ceremony of the conqueror of the Plateau. |

Day 7 |
Return to Norilsk by hovercraft. Check in at the hotel Norilsk. Norilsk city tour
Free time.

Transfer to the airport (50 km by bus). Departure to Moscow.
Arrival in Moscow.

Polar Circle permission The Russian Security Service requires a special permission to enter Norilsk city. We kindly ask you to provide us a copy of your passport and Russian visa 60 days before departure (till 10.07.2020).
